EasyCast Studio runs on Next.js (VPS), a Fly.io render worker, and Supabase Postgres + Storage. We do not currently publish a real-time uptime dashboard. If you experience an issue, contact support and we’ll post incident notes here.
Where to check upstream services
Most outages we’ve seen on the platform are upstream provider issues. If something is broken, these dashboards usually have the answer first.
- status.supabase.com — database, auth, storage
- status.deepgram.com — live + file transcription
- status.stripe.com — billing + checkout
- status.fly.io — clip render worker
- status.openai.com — show-note + content generation
- status.anthropic.com — long-context content tasks
- resend.com/status — transactional email
Reporting an incident
If something is broken, email support@easycaststudio.com with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. We respond within one business day; urgent issues are usually faster.
We’re in the process of adopting a third-party uptime monitor. This page will be replaced with a live feed when that ships.
