These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EasyCast Studio (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, record, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or otherwise violates applicable law or the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or misuse of the platform.

3. Recordings & Content

You retain ownership of the audio, video, and other content you upload or record using the Service. By using the processing features, you grant EasyCast Studio the right to store, process, and transmit your content as needed to operate the platform and provide features such as transcription, enhancement, and AI generation.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans, limits, and pricing are described on the Pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Except where required by law, fees are non‑refundable once billed.

5. Service Changes

We may update or modify features from time to time, including adding, changing, or removing functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid breaking your workflows, but we may discontinue features that are experimental or rarely used.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyCast Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the platform in a way that creates risk or harm to other users or to EasyCast Studio.
